The GLOGO® GOVERNANCE RATING SCALE is made of five-level statuses rating global governance events, decisions, and actions. Each status level determines how events and ethical choices impact the future of our world and advance or destroy future sustainability in the eight different global areas of our model. Our GLOGO® Rating Scale and Alerts provide a better understanding of our world's current state and determine different future typologies and outcomes.

LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Level 3° – Governance wildcards are low-probability, high-impact events. They may represent a big future opportunity or a risk for humanity. Wildcards have also the potential to trigger a series of events (cascades) whose future effects (positive or negative) could severely affect the human condition. The impact of wildcards is difficult to judge or predict in the short term. World being put to the test by events.

LEVEL DESCRIPTION: STATUS 4° – Governance, decisions and events that put global sustainability at great risk. The impact of these events might be irreversible or take generations to solve. Some of these decisions are pre-planned. Some can be prevented but were not due to the wrong assumptions being made. They are examples of naivety, evil, inefficiency, lack of preparation and short sightedness. Governance and ethics at its worse. Lack of vision and accountability for the future.

IMPACT ON SUSTAINABILITY: Global Sustainability destroyed
LEVEL DESCRIPTION: STATUS 5° – Governance events and actions that are catastrophic destroy sustainability, life, and hope on a massive scale. These events are rare and irreversible. Once they happen, there is no going back. Humanity must do all possible to prevent them. Some might be prevented if identified in STATUS 3° or 4° of the scale. These events take humanity backwards and are examples of a total lack of foresight, preparation, and action.
