The Executive Board, with the help of its administrative and support teams, develops the policy and organizational aspects of Gold Mercury International. It also manages day-to-day operations and maintains relationships with governments, corporations, and civil society organisations. The International Advisory Board The International Advisory Board (IAB) supervises the governance and development of Gold Mercury International. The IAB offers a long term view and strategic direction on the broad range of issues of Gold Mercury and confers on matters of Gold Mercury policy. The Board also selects the final candidates for the Gold Mercury Awards in each category.
