In the event you breach or threaten breach of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that Gold Mercury International will be greatly and irreparably damaged and the damage will be difficult to quantify. Therefore, Gold Mercury International may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction accepting jurisdiction under this specific provision, who, regardless of the Governing Law provision, will apply the laws of its own jurisdiction in determining whether Gold Mercury International will be granted injunctive or other equitable relief to stop your breach or your threat of breach, without impairing, invalidating, negating or voiding Gold Mercury International’s rights to relief either in law or at equity.

• Unsolicited Materials
Please note that it is a policy of Gold Mercury International not to accept or consider unsolicited creative, production-related or other materials of any kind. Gold Mercury International will consider any and all materials, including proposals, ideas, concepts, drafts, rough cuts or finished work product submitted through this Site, not to be confidential or proprietary and to be freely available for use without compensation or payment of any kind.
